Shipping & Delivery

• Outside city orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
• The same city orders are processed the same day, in case the stock is ready.
• Please note that the delivery timings can change based on the circumstances.

Transit Risk
Urban Codes is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, the customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Urban Codes ( Stelios Ventures PVT ltd) will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by the postal / courier agency.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days, and after confirmation from the customer, then we will reprocess/reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability

VAT & customs duties
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be charged to you by the respective country's government.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility.

The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case-to-case basis.
